Your experience starts before you even walk through the door. Once you submit your appointment request, I’ll personally review it and reach out via text or email to welcome you and confirm the details.
A few days before your visit, I’ll send over a quick guide with what to expect — including parking, arrival tips, and how to customize your appointment experience (from the music to the vibe). Everything’s designed to help you walk in feeling prepared, not pressured.
The Consultation
We’ll start your appointment with a calm, heart-to-heart about your hair goals. I’ll map out a custom plan based on where you are now and where you’d love to go — whether it’s a big transformation or soft refresh.
During our time together, you’ll have my full focus. This is a quiet, low-pressure space where you can relax, ask questions, or just breathe. You’re welcome to bring a book, a playlist, or anything that helps you feel at home.
After Goodbye
Your experience doesn’t end when your hair’s done. I’ll walk you through how to care for your new color or extensions, answer any styling questions, and help you feel confident between visits.
You’ll also get a simple recap of our plan, with suggestions for next steps and future appointments — so your hair journey stays low-stress and high-reward.
