Do you do haircut-only appointments?

For new guests, your first visit needs to be a shampoo, haircut, and blowout or a color and haircut together. After that, standalone haircut maintenance appointments are available between color services.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Most services can be booked within about 3 weeks depending on what you’re coming in for. Extension installations may take a little longer since we do a consultation first.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

I’m at 51 Roosevelt Ave, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901. I’m behind the chair Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am to 7pm, Fridays 10am to 3pm, and every other Saturday 10am to 3pm.

How do I book an appointment?

Head to the booking link on my website or click the link in my Instagram bio. New extension guests start with a digital consultation form so I can make sure we’re a good fit before we get started.

Do you take walk-ins?

No. All appointments are booked in advance. This is a private one on one suite and I want to make sure I’m fully prepared and focused on you when you come in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours is a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are 75% of the service cost. I get that life happens so if something comes up just communicate with me. That’s really all I ask.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! When you refer a friend and they come in for their first visit, you get $50 off your next appointment. Just have them scan your personal QR code or send them to my website to book. Don’t share your personal booking link though, that one is just for you. They’ll get their own booking link once they go through the site. There’s also a special Ultimate Extension Referral Program for extension clients specifically. Ask me about it at your next visit.

Do you sell hair care products?

Yes. I have my own product line, Love Your Hair by Connie, formulated without silicones, sulfates, or parabens. I also carry Olaplex and Leaf and Flower. I’ll always recommend what I actually think your hair needs, not just what’s on the shelf.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there’s parking right in the back of the building. Easy in, easy out.
