Hi, I am Connie Schneider, a Dover-based stylist with a serious love for low maintenance hair that actually works for real life.

I opened my private suite in 2018 because I wanted to do things differently. No crowded salon, no rushing, no feeling like just another head in the chair. Every appointment here is one on one, and that is intentional. You get my full attention, a real plan, and a space where you can actually breathe for a few hours.

I specialize in seamless extensions and soft, dimensional color that grows out beautifully so you are not living at the salon. My goal is always the same: hair that looks good now and still looks good weeks later, without a lot of effort on your end.

Outside of the salon I am a mom of three, wife, plant lady, and coffee addict. I have three dogs, three cats, and a house that is never boring. I bake for my clients sometimes because that is just who I am. I believe the best hair appointments feel a little bit like therapy, and that a great hair day really does start with a great connection.

When you sit in my chair you will never feel rushed or judged. Whether you are here for a big change or just a quiet refresh, I am here to listen, make a plan, and help you walk out feeling like yourself again.
